BAKING/ DEMO CLASSES
GOURMET BREADS
Date : 31 st August 2014
Time : One day course, from 10.30 am to 2.30 pm.
Fee : RM280.00 per person
Hands-on – How to make 4 types of bread from scratch : Baguette, Focacia, Bagel and Pizza.
All recipes will be given and students are able to take home completed breads. You will learn a lot in this class ! Free recipe – Mexican bun. Free gift – a pack of Tepung Hairan coklat moist. Items to bring – apron, kitchen towel , pen, paper and a few boxes to take home items.
NO. OF STUDENT : 10 for hands-on and 20 for demo class.
LOCATION : Taman Cheras Indah, Kuala Lumpur. Map to bakingproject’s kitchen is at the top page.
